How to request deletion
What gets deleted
- Account identifiers (where applicable).
- Stored game saves and story history stored on our servers (if any).
- Support tickets linked to your account (or they may be retained in minimized/redacted form for legal/security reasons).
What may be retained
We may retain limited records where required by law, for security, fraud prevention, abuse monitoring, accounting, or to resolve disputes. When possible, retained data is minimized and/or de-identified.
Timing
Typical processing is within a reasonable period after verification. Complex cases (security/fraud, legal holds, or incomplete identifiers) can take longer.
