  • Story output issue: include the last action you typed and the approximate time.

Refunds and billing

Saga Split is a web application. Purchases (ink packs) are processed securely via Stripe. If you need a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your account email and purchase details.

Refund requests are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Availability and rules vary by region and purchase type.
